MTA NYCT Construction Project Manager

Manhattan and Queens, NY

Role: MTA NYCT Construction Project Manager

Experience: Degree in Construction/Engineering/Architecture or related fields. A New York PE, RA, or CCM is preferred but not required. Shall have extensive work experience in similar type of projects of similar scale. Experience managing work scope, budgets and schedules. Demonstrated experience with construction elements of at least three (3) similar rail/transit projects with similar rehabilitation and repair work.

Proficient in the use of personal computer and office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Maintain Roadway Worker Protection, OSHA, and other necessary training during the project. Maintain a valid Driver's License throughout the life of the project. Knowledge of relevant MTA, MTA C&D and MTA C&D Policies and Procedures. Demonstrate a very strong ability to work within a "paperless" environment as all project documentation will be maintained and stored in electronic fashion per MTA C&D's established Records Management procedure.
