Description: MP Engineers and Architects, P.C. is hiring Full time Junior Architects/Engineers for our NYC Downtown Office. Job duties: • Developing Design documents for renovation of the buildings. • Producing detailed drawings. • Negotiating with contractors and other professionals. • Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists. • Making site visits to check on progress. • Dealing with problems that might come up during construction phase. Qualifications: • Some experience in building design as an Engineer / Architect. • Associate Architect Degree or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering. • PE / RA is a plus . • Proficient in using AutoCAD, MicroStation
