Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating 3D building models using BIM software, such as Revit, AECOsim, etc. You will work closely with other members of the design and construction team to ensure that the models accurately reflect the design intent and meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain 3D building models using BIM software, such as Revit - Collaborate with other members of the design and construction team, including architects, engineers, and construction managers - Ensure that the models accurately reflect the design intent and meet project requirements - Coordinate with external teams, such as subcontractors, to ensure that all project information is integrated into the BIM model - Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably using Revit - Strong knowledge of BIM principles and best practices - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a desire to help shape the future of the built environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
