Role: Team Leader
Experience: 5+ years of bridge inspection experience

Description: We are looking for a highly organized, self-starter, and a team player who Independently performs a full range of tasks as a Team Leader in the inspection of bridges and other related structures. Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that the bridge is inspected according to NBIS, data entered in ComBis, and the inspection reports prepared in appropriate format required by the clients. H-1 Visa Sponsorship is available for this position. Responsibilities · Review bridge plans and previous inspection reports · Perform the inspection of bridges and other structures such as sign structure, High Masts light poles. · The coordination of traffic control and inspection equipment at inspection site · Operate bridge inspection equipment · Take meticulous field notes based on inspection · Prepare inspection reports, including notes and sketches · Perform section loss calculations · Perform bridge load ratings · Complete work assignments in a timely manner. · Receive directions from the Project Manager and other senior staff · Perform inspection related duties as required Qualification · Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering · PE License is preferred, but not required · E.I.T. certificate (preferred) · FHWA/NHI Bridge Inspection Certificates · Excellent communication skills · Excellent technical report writing ability · Ability to drive a company owned inspection vehicle
