Mr. Nigro has over 17 years of experience in the design and construction industry, which includes 10 years of direct management and supervision of large scale heavy-civil, structural, rail transit and urban infrastructure construction projects for the MTA in complex environments around active railroads. He has extensive knowledge of Amtrak Infrastructure as well as MTA procurement process, specifications, and procedures. He has packaged, procured and negotiated several contracts for the MTA. Mr. Nigro is a certified Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey as well as a certified Project Management Professional.
