Steven has over 25 years of experience working on infrastructure engineering projects, including Project Management, Design and Inspection of bridges, roadways and other transportation structures. Prior to MP Engineers he has held positions of Associate Vice President and Director of Structures for the East District of a large international Civil/Structural Engineering firm focusing on New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Sample most recent projects he was involved with include: LIRR 3rd Track Expansion from Floral Park to Hicksville design-build project, NJDOT Route 7 Mill Street to Park Avenue pavement reconstruction and road diet, and PennDOT SR422 (“West Shore Bypass”) Reconstruction, Berks County PA. Mr. Panayi is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and is NHI Certified in Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.
